There are no magic tricks, secrets or shortcuts.
I get asked this all the time. They look at me like I’m some sort of freak when I tell them that it’s just sensible eating and exercise. This one girl, who I see once a week for classes, asks me how I’ve done it nearly every week. I always give her the same answer. She complains that she wants to lose weight but apparently isn’t willing to legitimately work for it.
