Thanks so much, hardly! So glad you find them interesting & useful! I’ve spent a lot of time learning this stuff on my own through trial & error. I’ve gone through all the fad diets, used all the fitness gizmos (except the shakeweight), tried all sorts of schemes, etc. In the end, there’s no getting around the fact that it takes hard work to achieve but slightly less work to maintain. I basically had to relearn how to eat - what to eat, what to avoid, how much to eat and how often. And how to work out - for years, I was wasting so much time making so many mistakes until I put it all together. Now its nice to share some of that info with others so they don’t have to go through the mistakes I made and waste as much time as I did. It’s clear lots of people want it & are willing to work for it, it’s just some aren’t exactly sure how to start or they are stuck at a plateau.  Thanks again for the shout out and I wish you the best of luck on your own journey!
