Today marks 2 years since I started to diet/exercise (October 20, 2009). I tried to find a good “before” picture of me, and there was quite a few I wanted to use, but I decided to opt for this one. The after picture was taken today. I’ve lost over 110lbs. I honestly still cannot believe I did it. Today is a landmark day for me. Two years ago, I was a lost soul. Today, I am confident in who I am and where I am going. Today, I celebrate all the hard work, sweat, determination, and focus I’ve put into the past two years. Oh, it doesn’t stop here. You best believe it’s going to continue :). This is so admirable.
