In my opinion…this is a monumental week. I started my bulk quest to 180-190 by January 1st on August 1st.  2 1/2 months later I’m up to 170 from 155!  Here’s another progress picture to help myself and to show that you can add weight while keeping body fat low…by taking it slow! Also, I’ve upped all of my PR’s this week: dead lift 375 x 2, 365 x 3…bench 245 x 2…squat 235 x 5 (weak as hell, will improve).

I started my bulk quest to 180-190 by January 1st on August 1st.  2 1/2 months later I’m up to 170 from 155!  Here’s another progress picture to help myself and to show that you can add weight while keeping body fat low…by taking it slow!
