I try to stay away from any food that comes with a toy inside.
If you’re not sweating during your workout, you probably need to push a little harder.
Skinny-skinny is one thing but Fit-skinny is so much better!

The best thing about getting healthy, or joining the “tribe” as you say, is that there’s no membership requirement, no entry fee and no application to fill out. You just have to start taking small steps at first, which build upon each other and eventually accumulate into dramatic changes over time. You can definitely get there!
