Consistency is key. This kid was good to begin with. In 12 short weeks, he’s well on his way to greatness.
I finally took the opportunity to take another snapshot of myself to check my muscle building progress on the visual side of things. The results are great! Every time I do this, I get mesmerized with the photos I’ve taken of myself since I started and repeatedly scroll through them to see the results. It’s a GREAT feeling knowing that what I am doing is actually working! I have a lot ahead of me and can’t wait for my next 12 week picture!
