@fitnessgall: 2months progress! Left: after 6months of bulking on 2500 calories, 4 days of lifting & no cardio. Left: 1900-2000 calories, about a 33/33/34 split (with 2 days where i up carbs to 45%!) and added in cardio a month ago - 4x30min sessions, mostly incline walking/cross, a run & an interval sesh! Details because i always get a lot of questions about it 😄 Let’s see where the next 2 months will take me!
