dayofjane asked: Hello! So, I've been working out everyday. Running morning and evening and also doing some strength/toning workouts each day. I've also been eating really really clean. If I stick to this for 3 weeks, no cheating what-so-ever how much weight am I estimated to lose? I was hoping 10 lbs or so.
